1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Elenivo platform and related services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Signalyze Solutions provides two primary service lines through the Elenivo platform:

Strategic Decision Environment (SDE) + Analytics

The proprietary SDE engine that delivers scored, ranked recommendations across up to 7 strategic dimensions using the Elenivo Data Network (EDN) and multi-factor analysis.

Analytics Service Line

One-time and recurring AI-enhanced business analytics packages covering financial health, sales pipeline, operations efficiency, and comprehensive diagnostics.

3. Decision Support Disclaimer

Elenivo provides decision support tools and analytics. While recommendations are scored and data-driven, all business decisions remain your responsibility. Elenivo's recommendations are tools to inform your judgment, not substitutes for independent professional advice. You are responsible for validating recommendations against your business context and objectives.

4. AI Features

Our AI features (powered by Anthropic Claude) are stateless and scoped to individual sessions. We do not use your data to train models. AI interactions are ephemeral and do not persist beyond the current session.

6. Intellectual Property

The Elenivo platform, SDE engine, EDN methodology, and all proprietary algorithms are owned by Signalyze Solutions LLC. Your license to use these is limited to the Services and cannot be transferred. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Account Access and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

8. Tier Structure and Pricing

Elenivo is offered in three tiers with the following pricing:

Tier 1 — The Core

Tier 2 — The Architect

Tier 3 — The Élite

9. Analytics Service Packages

One-time analytics packages ($2,500–$5,000) and monthly retainer services ($1,000–$3,000/month) are available. Pricing and scope are detailed at purchase.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the plan selected. We accept all major credit cards and process payments through Stripe. Invoices are issued upon enrollment. Late payments may result in service suspension.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signalyze Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signalyze Solutions, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Your data will be retained per our data retention policy or deleted upon your request.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
